Our filling machines are available in a linear design as an automatic piston fillers or in a carousel version and they allow hot and / or cold filling. We supply filling machines for viscous to pasty foods such as soups, sauces (also with chunky portions), marinades and sheets, mustard, pesto, butter and mayonnaise, honey filling systems, filling machines for bulk goods (eg peas, corn, cherries), spice dosing machines as well filling and packaging machines for plastic packaging. All filling machines can be supplied to and synchronized with an existing transport system.

Carousel filling machines

In the case of the carousel design, the packages are continuously filled in the concentricity around the carousel construction of the filling machine. Carousel filling machines usually achieve higher frequencies than linear filling machines.

Filling machine for liquids / volumetric dosing device

The dosing device is a gravitational and volume-adjustable type which means it fills up every jar up to a specified height leaving specific space between the brine/ marinade surface and the jar edge (regardless of the jar size and content amount).

This technological requirement distinguishes our device as the only dosing device for pouring sauce, brine, marinade, oil over e.g. meatballs, stuffed cabbage, tripe, fish, cucumbers, salads and fruit always to the same height regardless of the content amount.

There are three types of containers: one for stewed fruit or vinegar marinade, while the others for jams, sauces etc.

For the filling machine are three types of vessels:

1. vessel for filling liquids (brine) such as stewed fruit or vinegar marinade brine

2. vessel for sauces, jams

3. vessel for filling oil

The filling machine is used for filling almost all chunky products at high line outputs in the fruit, vegetable and sour-canning industries. The bulk material dosing unit was developed for the production of vegetable mixtures and can be integrated into an existing production line.

Filling plant for food in canned jars

The filler was recently developed for sliced mushrooms. In terms of bottling, sliced mushrooms are very demanding foods.

These bottling plants are also used for whole mushrooms, olives, potatoes, meat, sausages and sophisticated, sticky foods.

The filling plant can be integrated into an existing production line.

Revolving dosing device for spices

The filling machine is used to fill granular spices in jars or cans.

The carousel dosing device is equipped with three spice containers filled respectively with pepper, allspice and mustard seeds. Jars or cans from the apron conveyor are collected and then distributed to the revolving spice dosing device where spices are dosed one by one in the preset amount by rotary movement. The machine enables individual adjustment of each portion within a range from 0.6 to 5 cm3, ensuring recipe repeatability.

Our revolving dosing device for spices is equipped with three spice containers filled respectively with pepper, allspice and mustard seeds. Jars or cans from the apron conveyor are collected and then distributed to the revolving spice dosing device where spices are dosed one by one in the preset amount by rotary movement. Piston filling machines

The piston filling machines are especially suitable for filling thin and viscous as well as pasty products. This is the linear variant of filling, where at the same time a specified number of containers is filled. The pneumatic drive from the piston filler serves to "suck in" the product from an intermediate container and its filling into the packaging. The filling volume is infinitely adjustable. Via a conveyor belt, the containers to be filled are fed to the filling machine and fixed by means of a positioning device under the filling station. This assembly (pneumatic barrier under the filler) consists i.a. from presence detector to signal the packaging on the conveyor. Upon detection of the package on the conveyor, the sensor detects the package under the fill-end valve and sends a signal to release the bottling of the product into the package. With the completion of the filling process, the lock is released and the filled packaging continued and blocked a new empty packaging under the filling valve and repeats the entire cycle. A filling thus takes place only if a package is below the filling station.

The piston fillers operate in cyclic operation and are equipped with one or more filling stations depending on the desired performance.

Honey bottling plant

The honey filling plant consists of a piston device with two cylinders. The dosing device has shut-off valves for the preparation of honey. The valves do not drip and the packaging always stays clean.

The performance of this filling line for honey is up to 2300 packs per hour. The set-up time for converting the piston filling machine to another packaging format is done in a few minutes.

Pneumatic piston filling machine for sauces

The pneumatic filler is used here for the filling of bolognese sauce. The filling system can be used for sauces with chunky proportions and soups but also butter, mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pesto, etc. be used.

The filling valves and product vessels, as well as their agitators, are always supplied with individual product and customer specifications for piston filling machines.
