Washer: rotary rinsing / blow-out machine for jars, bottles and cans for removing foreign bodies of all kinds

Newly-manufactured jar/bottle washer is a hands-off device. The operation is limited to starting, stopping, and washing of the machine after work is finished. The washer is suitable for various types of jars/bottles and can also be used for can washing.

The washer is built in the apron conveyor at the Customer’s (washer available with a conveyor on request). Jars/bottles are placed on the conveyor in a “standard” way with an opening facing upwards. Jars/bottles are fed from the apron conveyor to the “collecting wheel” revolving inside the housing by 360 degrees. They are then placed back on the conveyor. There they are rinsed with water and drained. The above machine can be used as an overturning device or for blowing impurities with compressed air (fan installed to order). The device operates in an automatic mode, i.e. it is activated when jars/bottles are present and switches off when jars/bottles cease to be collected behind the machine.

Cleaning system for brand-new jars and bottles - lifting tipper

The cleaning system for rinsing or blowing out brand-new canned jars, bottles and cans is a maintenance-free device. It only has to be switched on and switched off after work and cleaned. The rinse system is suitable for rinsing or blowing out the brand new packaging in various shapes and sizes.

The cleaning system is integrated in the customer's lamellar conveyor / on order it can be manufactured together with a conveyor. The jars / bottles are placed "normally" on the conveyor with the opening facing upwards. Subsequently

the jars or bottles are fed by the lamellar conveyor to the "driving wheel", which rotates 360 degrees inside the housing, then they are put back on the conveyor, where they are rinsed and drained off Blow out impurities with compressed air / on special order we install a fan / The system works in automatic mode, ie switches on when glasses / bottles are present and switches off when no more glasses / bottles leave the system.

CIP-Stations

The CIP station is a modular, pre-assembled plug-in unit for automatic on-site cleaning of filling systems. The cleaning procedure is fully tailored to the requirements of the target system (cleaning time, temperature, pressure and flow rate).

The cleaning process is defined as cleaning in place without significant disassembly on the surfaces in contact with the product.
